for 2/3 the price of the actual supported device, you get a similar device that comes with a battery, will need to be re-flashed before updating, will require better antennas, and will likely need the joystick port widened to allow movement in all 4 directions. also, the LEDs are supposed to show battery level, but who knows because they are only visible through a light colored case.
